Final Project Reflection -  Israel Ibarra

1. What was your function within the planning/performing of the play? My part at first was basically organize and make props for the play, but later on because I finished my part, they put me the task to get costumes ready.

2. What did you learn about teamwork in this activity? Well, that everyone even if they don't do much, they support and working as a team is very important because small details count alot, therefore if we didn't join and work as a team, it wouldn't have turned out the way we did it.

3. Which abilities do you think you need to strengthen when it comes to teamwork? Communication principally, communication in my opinion is the most important part because when you express the ideas you have to a team, then join all the ideas together you can create or come up with something really creative.
